Returns & Refunds

At Keerasa, each product is carefully crafted and quality checked before it reaches you. Due to the personal nature of skincare and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or products that have been opened or used.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, broken, defective, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@[yourdomain].com, including your order number and clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

Once reviewed, where appropriate we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please retain the product and all original packaging until your request has been assessed.

Minor damage to the outer shipping carton or product box that does not affect the product itself, its safety, or its usability will not normally qualify for a replacement or refund.

Natural variations

Keerasa products are made with botanical ingredients and naturally derived actives. Because of the nature of these ingredients, slight variations in colour, scent and texture may occur between batches. These natural variations do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product and are not considered defects.

We encourage you to read the product description, ingredient list and directions for use carefully before purchasing so you know what to expect from each formula.

Your skin is individual

Every skin is different, and individual experiences and results may vary. A product not providing your desired result, or a personal preference regarding its scent or texture, does not qualify for a return or refund unless the product itself is defective or not as described.

We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before purchase and patch testing before first use, particularly if you have sensitive or reactive skin.
